Super League Grand Final at Old Trafford will be a sell-out

The 2015 Super League Grand Final between Wigan Warriors and Leeds Rhinos at Old Trafford is now sold out.

For the first time ever, the pinnacle of the Super League season will be watched by a crowd of more than 73,000 at Old Trafford in Manchester, in what promises to be a brilliant final between Wigan Warriors and Leeds Rhinos.

Following a captivating final few weeks of the rugby league season, which culminated in two fascinating semi-finals, tickets for the match are now completely sold out.

Speaking about the news, Super League General Manager Blake Solly, said:
“The last few weeks have been a brilliant time for Rugby League in this country. We have seen the League Leaders' Shield won with the last play of the season, one of the greatest ever semi-final encounters and as a result, a huge surge in demand for tickets.
“I am delighted that there will be a full house to watch the game on Saturday between the two top teams in the Super League this year and I can’t wait to watch what promises to be a great event!”

Fans who are lucky enough to have purchased tickets are reminded to arrive in plenty of time for kick off in order that they can catch the pre-game entertainment which includes live music from The Charlatans and DJ Spoony.

Fans who don’t have a ticket to the game are still able to watch all of the action live on Sky Sports 1 from 5pm or listen to the action on BBC Radio 5Live and BBC Radio 5Live Sports extra.
